NEW MEMBERS: 2022 Materials Needed and Classes to Sign Up For:
Students will need the following:
Audition information:
- Signed syllabus, by both student and parent/guardian.
- Signed instrument rental form if you need an instrument from the LN Band Program.
- Two pencils to every class.
- All concert music provided in Band.
- The Tonal Energy app on phone
Audition information:
- 1. Incoming freshmen will need to perform the following in an audition with a director:
- Concert Bb, F, Eb, and Ab Major Scales
- One Octave Chromatic Scale
- Lyrical and Technical Etude (will be uploaded following Christmas Break)

Solo and Ensemble Registration
Deadline November 30th, 2022
Solos $15 per & Ensemble $30 total.

There is NO sight reading at these events.
Event will take place at New Palestine Intermediate School on February 4th (All Day, times will be given upon registration)

Concert Attire
- Black button up dress shirt or blouses with at least 3/4 length sleeves. T-shirts or short sleeve/sleeveless shirts are not acceptable.
- Black dress pants or long to mid-calf length dress or skirt (student choice). Leggings, sweatpants, or jeans are NOT acceptable as dress pants/slacks.
- Black dress shoes. Shoes must be closed toe. Sneakers, flip flops, or open toe shoes are not acceptable.
- No low cut necklines or backs.
- Tall black socks or black panty hoes.
- Neck ties and jackets are not required.
- All students are responsible for their own concert black attire. We are proud of our program and want to present ourselves as professionally as possible. Failure to dress appropriately for any concert or event may result in not participating and a deduction in grade points.
